your animals mean a lot to you...

That's why we're dedicated to providing them with the best care possible. We want your visit to our clinic to be stress-free and comfortable, so please keep the following in mind when you prepare for your first appointment:

  • Small animals (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, etc.) must be leashed, crated or caged before entering our facilities. This is for the safety of your animals and others'.

  • When you arrive, please check-in at the front desk. One of our receptionists or vet techs will provide any new patient paperwork for you to complete. Click here to download the New Patient Forms to print and complete ahead of time.

  • If you are transferring your veterinary care, please bring your animal's vaccination records with you to the appointment, or ask your current veterinarian to fax your animal's medical records to 830-997-6081

  • Large animal (cattle, swine, equine, sheep, goats) owners should enter our facilities off of Equestrian Drive and follow signs to the unloading areas. Please check in with a Friendship Veterinary Center employee before unloading your animals.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions prior to your appointment!
